Student’s Grievance Resolution Process If you have any grievances or complaints, you should communicate directly with the Customer Service staff of your respective branch who can assist you to document your feedback. Alternatively, you can also choose to communicate in writing to the School Operation Manager. Upon receipt of your grievance or complaint, the school will acknowledge within 1 to 2 days. Afterwhich investigation and resolution within 7 to 14 days. 
Note: Acknowledgement of complaint within 1 - 2 days. Investigation and resolution within 7 – 14 days.
