Greetings from KLC School of Education!

Introducing KLC’s New Principal and Academic Director…..

I am delighted to introduce KLC School of Education’s new Principal and Academic Director, Dr. Agnes Chang Shook Cheong.  Dr. Chang recently retired from the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University.  She brings to KLC her many years of research and pedagogy in the areas of metacognition, thinking skills, learning strategies, and preschool bilingualism.  Under Dr. Agnes’ new leadership, KLC believes that we will continue to bring professional development and training to new standards of excellence at its various campuses.  Both local and foreign students can look forward to benefitting greatly from KLC’s new power team!

In line with KLC corporate vision to be a regional leader in lifelong education, we will continue to link up with a network of reputable and distinguish institutions to bring training and study pathways for lifelong education to the adult learner.
